New Equipment

Search and open a prefilled tag from Equipment Register. The tag, phase, location, type and UTM coordinates are populated from the Obelisk layout. Manufacturer, model, serial number and final ratings remain editable where the general layout does not contain them.

Operating Rules

  1. Use Equipment Register to search the prefilled Obelisk tag. Add a manual record only for equipment absent from the general layout.
  2. Select the equipment type; the form generates equipment-specific quality and energization requirements.
  3. Mark every checkpoint Pass, Fail, Pending or N/A. Do not leave irrelevant checks pending.
  4. Any failed checkpoint must include a Punch/NCR ID. Open Category-A punches block energization readiness.
  5. Ready requires 100% applicable quality checks, 100% applicable energization checks and zero open Category-A punch items.
  6. Setting the final status to Energized does not bypass the readiness gate; the record remains blocked if checklist conditions are incomplete.
  7. Use JSON backup regularly. All data is stored locally in this browser.
This prototype is a control and evidence-management tool. Final energization authority remains with the approved project switching, commissioning and safety organization.
